Need help picking the most reliable VPS Solution - Pls Advice

    Hey Guys,
    I have been with a hosting company for more than a year now and i have mutiple servers with them. Our relationship was good initially but later on as my site grew and when my servers needed more attention, their response time and the problems created by their dowtimes were outrageous. They took over 48 hours to respond to the reason for my sites downtime (the site was down all that time). I have already moved my dedicated server to softlayer (which is excellent by the way).

    Now i am looking to move one of my VPS to some established hosting service. My main concern is reliability. Also their response time to tickets should be good. From your experience please post some reliable hosting companies that offer quality VPS service.

    The sites on this VPS get a combined trafiic of 15k to 20k Uniques per day.

They provide you with more than one server where your data is backed up. If for any reason your website is taken offline, there is a production center that will quickly bring your website back up pointing to a new server MT has in stock for you. Daily back-ups are automatically made to ensure this.

    I've got 2 VPSs with www.SolarVPS.com. The support response times are excellent and I haven't had any downtime. When I was looking around for a VPS I simply couldn't find anyone who said a bad thing about them.

    If you are interested in asian vps check this site shinjiru.com. I have 4 vpses with them for quite long time. Very good service response and quality servers.
