And in the xoom email - its written "Xoom Corporation (Nishant Bhardwaj)"

Nishant bhardwaj - is a xoom staff for indian clients only.. i am sure about this.

SO how come u got a reply from him regarding philipinnes transfers??

 

Yep, i'm from the philippines and i've tried two times to send money (intra-country) philippines-philippines.

first i used a unverified paypal, but they cancelled it and said that your paypal needs to be verified.

so i bought a VCC here to verify my paypal and then tried again.

the 2nd time, i asked first if i could transfer money in the same country i'm in with a verified paypal account. and they said yes.

so i did my 2nd transaction but after 15 hours of waiting, they said that "xoom does not allow intra-country transfer".

that's why i'm looking for someone who can send me money through xoom. i'll pay him/her and give her the money i need to get from my paypal and the cost for the sending... T_T
