Paypal held my receive payment.. The customer buying my PR domain with paypal and when I receive the payment my paypal status is "Held". So the balance not increase. Very frustating.. What should I do to fix the problem ? I've already sent an email but no response from paypal.
Tell the buyer to call PayPal and clear the payment for you. What happened is PayPal probably red flagged the payment so if the buyer did legitimately send it then there should be no problem for the buyer to call PayPal. Maybe you got payment from stolen paypal account or something like that. Contact your buyer immediately and let them know of this held payment. DON.
