   I have the following url:
   
   http://www.site.com/first/tiger/notes/sec_mock1.html
   
   when user access the url, it should be redirected to the completely new url like this one below:
   
   http://www.site.com/sec/index.php

   Redirect 301 /first/tiger/notes/sec_mock1.html http://www.site.com/sec/index.php
   Make sure the .htaccess is in the main dir of the site.
