Need Help on the Server Filezilla error

    Hi mates..

    I need some help regarding my web host and file zilla I cant login on my filezilla due to filezilla error. I was wondering how to fixed. If you connect on your filezilla the pop up said Resolving address of ftp.optimizedbyred.com and could not connect. My website is http://optimizedbyred.com

    Please help me mates..

    Hi.

    I think, you need to restart your Container.

    Restart it & your problem will be gone. :)

    Do you have VPS/Dedicated or Shared ?

    If you have VPS/Dedicated, Then Login to your WHM & At the end of Left Hand Side Menu, You will See "RESTART SERVICES", Restart FTP Service. Or Login to your Parallel Power Panel & Restart your Container.

    If you have Shared hosting, then I think, you need to contact your hosting company. They will fix this for you.

    Make sure your login details if you have any doubt about that reset the password for your account, then try and also make sure that account details created for this domain or some other else because if you have a multiple domain or subdomain in same server means may be the account detail was not configured properly. So, check that or other wise contact your hosting regarding this.
