    I suggest that you may want to get some directory link submitters to help you submit your web site to the various directories and also buy some links on high PR directories to increase your back links.

    Directory submissions and social bookmarking will both help you for getting PR and Traffic also.

    Traffic and SERP postion are interrelated with each other you can not perform an excellent unless you do both of them

    In order to get traffic you can select two method

    1) Merely concentrate only taffic builiding techniques
    2) Concentrate on both SERP position and Traffic.

    So you can start with social bookmarking sites with nofollow but remember most of your visitors from these sites are worthless. Secondly start oneway link building by free directory submission, forums posting with link in your signature, blog posting, press release, classifieds, reviews sites, etc.
