Bumping your own thread (especially in the BST forums) is a quick way to get banned - don't do it. Aside from that, people place an intrinsic value on things. When they see you offering it for $1.00 and then compare it to people selling templates for $20-$100 it raises a red flag. There is an expected market value of things like this, and undercutting it by that much may make things difficult for you. However, I didn't get to see your design as it's just showing the imageshack logo now, so I can't offer any feedback about it.
i dont think you can sell a template more than once, you lose a lot of your exclusitivity. people who would buy wouldnt want to see other folk using it - its not the norm.
