Too many unknowns, however, this should be listed over the the ADULT B&S of DP. You can also list it in the B&S of other adult forums out there. However, he most likely is not going to get much.
You should google sites that let you sell adult sites. Also I have seen this image upload script before so content/script is not unique which devalues the site. But to me, a site is only worth what the other guy is willing to pay for it.
