Try using Flash and make a game. You can find lots of tutorials on Flash. Making such a thing on pure HTML and javascript would be difficult in my opinion
uh this isn't really an undertaking for an amateur what you've described is in no way a simple project. it would require quite a bit more than could be possibly be explained to you in a post on a forum to get you where you would need to be to do this.
