need help on purchasing a new graphics card

    I am about to buy a new graphics card. My buget is around $70. I am looking at a graphics card right now that I would like to buy. It is a 70 dollar NVIDIA Geforce 8600GT graphics card. I will be using this for gaming like guitar hero, roller coaster tycoon 3, halo, games like that. Will this graphics card be able to handle that?
