Suggestion Need help on my buyer rating.

    Hi

    I have some concerns related to my buyer rating!! Now I won a listing on website - marketplace, but seller doesn't have linked his paypal account and neither he is replying to my PM's on how to go ahead on this deal.

    Now there are two other leads for which I have already paid, but that is not appearing there.

    That's affecting my buyer rating. Please help!!

    I have done that for 2 transactions, but still it shows "pay now" button.
