The adsense adsare okay. I would look into to why members or visitor should come back to your site.? Ask yourself that question and you may get an answer.
My first reaction to the site was, oof...words to read... if im going to buy kids clothes, just give me pictures of what im buying on the first screen, then insert your text at the bottom or a little later in the page... k good luck with everything
