My god dude, go do a search for eczema and make some variations on other people's ads. The level of help people ask for on this forum is just retarded.
Create different ad groups first, and match the headline of each ad to the keywords in it´s adgroup. That way the keyword will appear in bold when you ad is show (this increases CTR). For the remaining lines, include the most impressive product features. There are many different strategies on writing ads...the above is just a proved method and one of the most used. You may also play with questions and answers.
tkx mate, I have used adwords in the past and everytime I did I never made a sale, so I think the problems is in how to create an ad.
You should do some extensive research on finding the right keywords. Creating an incentive ad shouldn't be that hard...
