I'm looking to get into basic website design and I have a little bit of experience programming. The problem is it is very difficult for me to type, I use speech recognition to do the majority of my text input.I'm looking for advice on visual web design software like Dreamweaver.Here are my questions.1. What visual editor program do you guys recommend someone who is trying to learn but still thank you in advance for any advice wants to make decent websites.2. Where can I find tutorials that will teach me how to use the software?Thank you in advance for any advice
There is non that is really working in my eyes besides Dreamweaver but as you are just getting started this is the worst thing to do as you will never learn how to really code. For all beginners, just go with a basic text editor to see which parts and bit's of your code will have a certain effect, only if you understand this you will be able to really code and also fix the bugs/ errors Dreamweaver will include when coding a design.
Thanks for the reply. I do have a basic understanding of how code is created and executed. I had exposure to the basics of programming in high school and a little bit in college.As I think I said above the reason I am looking for visual editor is because I have great difficulty typing. 99.9% of the time I use speech recognition software but speech recognition would be very difficult to use with any kind of coding.Can anyone recommend some good tutorials on how to use the visual aspect of Dreamweaver?
