need help on adsense for domains.

If some domains was added on adsense for domains on a adsense account and that account is disable, can we use that domain on some other adsense accounts??

If your adsense account was disabled for invalid clicks then you can use the same domain with another account. But if your adsense account was disabled for any reason w.r.t the domain, then you cannot use the same domain again to serve ads.

what are the other reasons? like my friends account is disabled due to invalid clicks, as mentioned in the email, so he can use the same domains on some other account for serving ads?
