Need help on Adsense Approval

Hi all,
I'm noob to adsense. Currently, I'm trying my luck to get approval from adsense through my blog. And the sad part is, I did not get approved.
They send me the reason,
- Insufficient content
Also, they send me some detail :
Insufficient content: To be considered for AdSense, your site must contain
enough text content for our specialists to review and for our crawlers to
identify relevant ads to show on your pages. We recommend including more
complete sentences and paragraphs on your site. We require websites to be
fully launched and functioning, allowing users to navigate throughout your
site with a menu, sitemap, or appropriate links. Once the majority of your
site is complete and functional, we'll be happy to reconsider your
application.

Can anybody help me on this? or, anyone can help review my blog and comment?

So fresh and new, I think you need to add more content to your website and put some interested topic like "top 10 things to quit smoking" "Mindset on how to quit smoking" something new to the eyes, google will love your blog

 

Just do what Google wants to see on your blog. Provide your blog with more articles or news about quitting smoking. With this, you'll also get more visitors to your blog which is good to get more readers that may be of interest to click your adsense once it's approved..

 

more content and it must be unique if you want to get approve.

 

Do I need to add any page??

 

First of all run u site for 1 month,increase data,work on unique Contents and then apply in google

 

create a web site & place unique content then apply for adsense they will approve if it under their policy guideline.
