Need help on a ToS interpretation.

Hey all, I have been an affiliate for a certain program for a while, to get into the program they do a review of your site to see that it isn't illegal, etc. I want to make an article about it on Squidoo but I'd get nothing out of it unless I used my affiliate links. Generally is it acceptable to post on other content that you own? The following is the only piece of the ToS that sounds like it may allow me to do this (affiliate program still hasn't responded to my question a week later which is why I am here now).

"We will provide you with banners and or links to place on your server and link members from your site to ours. You understand and agree to use the links we provide to be properly credited for unique member sign-ups."

Is this what they mean by link members? Thanks for your input, this one program provides more money to my website than adsense by far.

Wow just realized that it meant send traffic to our site, it wasn't specifying a location, I was looking at "place on your server and link members" rather than "link members to our site".

I doubt this program would mind as the article would be a list of my experiences with their product but I'm still a little hesitant
