Need Help on a Roster Script

I need help on a Roster script. The script looks somewhat like this image.

Hi,

The problem i am facing is that, now i need to save the values of check boxes into database, but those boxes have apperead as in loop how can i save the values of the check boxes to the corresponding Intial of the employess. Please let me know. Thank you..... For reference my script is displayed below :
