Need Help! My New Site Can't Index in Google

It's weird, I've done a few sites before and they often get indexed within 1 to 2 weeks. But my new website: www.thebasicof.com, was created almost two month ago, hasn't showed in google yet.

    - I submit 100% CS pass and well-written articles - around eight/week randomly.
    - I manually submit my website to over 1,000 social bookmarking sites and directories including www.google.com/addurl/ - and more than 600 of them are indexed in google now.
    - I opened an account in google webmaster tool and submitted the sitemap in Day One.
    - I bought high PR niche-related links
    - My website content do not against any google TOS, only some gardening and home improvements articles which I bought from a reliable writer.
    - I turn my wordpress setting to 'visible to all search engine'

Can anyone tell me what I am missing here?

One of my friends told me because I am living in China, and Google simply don't like China due to security issue started in 2010.

PS - Sorry for my poor English

I've heard sof ites hosted in China having problems being indexed or ranking well.

It is possible for you to purchase a hosting plan with webservers based in the United States or another country?

The issue regarding indexing issue is a problem.

Most of the new sites are finding it difficult to get into google index.

The only way to solve this issue is getting lots of links.
