Need help modifying vBulletin! (templates, and new features)

    I'm looking to modify our current vBulletin(https://www.vbulletin.com/) forums.

    If you have experience with this forum building software please PM me. Will pay $$ for you to edit templates, add features on the existing forum software!

    Anyone? I'm new to this forums software and need someone expert enough to modify it the way we need.

    You should have coding + vBulletin software knowledge.
