Buying Need Help Modifying Existing PDF

    I have an existing PDF which is an agreement form on the frontside with contract terms on the back. I don't have a PDF editor and need some basic help to make some basic modifications and maybe some aesthetic design changes if you have any good ideas. Please let me know your best price for about 30-45 minutes of work (including the communication time with me over Skype).
