I've set up a new rapidshare links forum. The idea being that people come to a single place for their rapidshare download needs. The advantage to uploaders is obvious - they post their links & increase their download count. They also increase their premium points earnings & can then make new accounts / extend their own. The advantage to downloaders is also obvious - they come to a single place to download everything they need from rapidshare. The question is, how do I effectively promote the site because other forum admins don't like me spamming their forum with links to mine. Anyone got any ideas? Many thanks DoA P.s.
