Need help making a template that fits standard size

    Hello, everyone.

I am wondering how one would go about designing a template in photoshop so that, regardless of the pixel dimensions the canvas is, it would fit any webpage. Is this even possible?

Or should one just work in the 800x600? I worked in 1024x768 and I still had some scrolling options. I want to get rid of any scrolling.

    Thanks so much.

And just keep the height the same? Like, 768?

I figured I might as well bump...

My big question is, is there any way to make it so my photoshop file resizes based on whatever browser/monitor/settings the viewer is using?

    Thanks.
