I use streamsend.com. They are pretty affordable.

    Good luck!

    Try using an autoresponder.

These type of web applications will connect to a remotely hosted SMTP server and deliver your messages to your list.

Yeah definitley use an autoresponder, my favs aweber.com there pretty reliable... Your ISP won't have any problems with them.. but they may if you use their STMP server!

Many web hosts do place restrictions on the amount and type of resources that they offer their customers. Most will not even tell you in advance which services/resources that you will be able to use and which you won't. They all seem to subscribe to the notion that once you have signed up, you will think twice about leaving.

Great questions to ask your potential hosts:

    1) "Do you place any restrictions on the use of the server CPU (central processing unit) or on server RAM (random access memory)? If so, what kind?"

Any kind of program that you install on your hosting account will use at least a little of both.

    2) "Do you place restriction on the number of emails I may send from my account per time variable (1 hour, 1 day, etc)? If so, how many?

    3) Should I use the server's built-in MTA (mail transport agent, such as "Sendmail") or will you provide me SMTP (simple mail transport protocol) access?

These should help you weed out those that have no intention of allowing you to use their hosting service for your mailings.

Good luck on your Internet marketing.
