Need help lowering mysql cpu usage

    Hi,

    Talk to hosting and they say my index.php page is causing my site to over load and slow up when accessing the page. I have VPS hosting so it could handle it a little better for now. I can pay by paypal once I see the site is loading correctly. My max budget is $35.
