Need Help: Link our Frame

    hi, I want to make an out going frame...so if a user clicks on a link will open with a top frame and I can insert my site logo and such in that frame...can anyone help me achieve this?

    This is more HTML, not PHP.

    You will need to investigate the use of frames / framesets.
