    Hi Tigerz,

I would search for some bigger hosting company in your country. Usually the bigger they are the more serious they get. Don't go for some small company with low prices, they can get really rubbish. Also don't get fooled by the unlimited stuff offered by hosting companies. Nothing is unlimited.

After you get a host you can build your site depending on what you want to do with it.

if you think of adsense most of application is not considered & you have to learn webmaster responsibility to handle online marketing.

I back hostgator as well but if they are too expensive for your budget also check out webhostinghub only $3.95/month

In my opinion, you should select host preferring reliability over budget. More reliable the host is, more business and up time you get.

Reliable host always have fast and friendly support responses. So, judge it by contacting them multiple times. Also, consider only money back guarantee offering hosts, so you can test their up time and quality calmly.
