Rules Need help, is this allowed?

    Hey, I need your help guys, I don't know if this is not allowed or it is, so I'm asking in case...

    I have a PayPal, I want to make a thread in Service if someone needs paypal he can use my, but he tells me what to buy and etc, I just take $1 from trancition or 20%....
    is that allowed?

    Oh is this money exchange? Bcs im offering my paypal for his money, it's like he is renting my PayPal...
