Need Help! Is Cash Parking Domains Worth It?

    I need to know if cash parking domains is worth it?

    What about on a free site?

    Then who has the best reputation.

    Parking domains is really only worth it if you buy a domain that already had a good amount of existing traffic that is sustainable (i.e., from static links, not search engines) or if you have a really good domain that gets a lot of type-ins. Otherwise I think you're probably better off developing a content site on the domain and pulling in AdSense or affiliate revenue.

    Whether it's "worth it" depends on what you're comparing it with.

    If you compare it with what I do, which is buying domain-names I dream up and fancy on a whim, and then just sitting on them for ever and doing absolutely nothing with them at all, I'd think it's probably worth it, yes.

    Its better to use domains for other purpose like adding some content, getting backlinks and then flipping it.

    Development is better then parking. Keep in mind, there is no point parking a domain which doesn't get traffic.

    I REALLY appreciate the help. I am kind of new to the website and domain side of the business. I have 5-6 domains right now most are similar so the content would need to be the same. So I guess I will try going that route. Do you think that setting a blogs up then selling it would work? Or do people prefer to set blogs up themselves? Oh yeah by the way I love DP its just a wealth of information like google on steroids in real time.:D

    you should get short domain name. an expired one wil be better. aftre that, just get tons of traffic. traffic is key on domain parking
