Need help in xml coupon feed.

I am trying to find xml coupon feed. which I can use for my own project. I tried to find Xml code but couldn't find anything on internet.

Any suggestion or help.

 

Many of the deal of day and discount sites have RSS feeds available of their "discounts" is that what you are looking for?

 

I think he's really searching for it because the biggest discounts/coupons/deals websites are using feeds RSS so maybe if you explain a bit better your "project" or idea... maybe we can help you a bit more!! What do you think?

 

I am trying to build a discount coupon database. Initially I was entering the coupon data manually, but I read somewhere that if I can populate the coupon table automatically through xml.

I searched on several website but I couldn't find any xml code which I use for the coupon table.

Now my question is, is there any website which provides xml code or if you have any other idea it will be really appreciated.

 

Ok, Feeds RSS and XML are almost the same thing! It's not hard, follow me.

Take 3 or 4 websites that are giving Feeds of coupons, like couponchief.com/rss/

They give you a complete list of coupons, daily via RSS.

Now, install Wordpress and some plugins that read and convert in content a feed!

Otherwise hire someone (me, for example) here to create a CMS that will work on purpose!

Edit: If you have a good hosting, a VPS/dedicated server, the best option is to hire someone to create a crawler that can copy from other websites also HTML content - If you are on a shared hosting and without many opportunity of using a lot of resources the best thing is to create a CMS that daily will crawl (via CRON scripts) the feeds from other websites.

There are many opportunity, choose which one is for you

As I told you I am building a discount coupon system. Now the problem is, I want to populate the coupon table in sql database through xml. I want to load xml data in sql server 2008. So I think I need two things:
a. Discount coupon xml
b. How to connect xml and sql or how to load xml into sql server 2008
As you told me that you can do it. I really appreciate, if you help me out and I am a undergraduate student so I can pay around $40.
Plz let me know if you have any question. i will be really thank ful if you finish this thing as soon as possible.
