    Hey guys. I have a website: filecrop.com
It is files search engine, but I have a problem monetizing it.
There is no chance for adsense.
What should I do ? I was thinking about "google search". Is there any method to implement "google for search" so that ads results are shown for particular keyword ?

Google told me that Adsense cannot be placed in sites that distribute objects
    protected by copyrights.

I am not distributing but providing search. Using same pattern Google should not place adsense on his search results :D

Yeah a blog hosted on a subdomain on a relevant topic would be good for driving traffic, easy to monetize too.

You may be better trying to acquire CPM advertisers using a system like TribalFusion.

PayPopup does well IMO. I submitted my site yesterday and seem to be getting a $1.40 per 1,000 impressions.

If you have enough traffic, there are plenty of advertisers who will advertise on your site. Go to sites and search them out, then send them an e-mail with a proposal

You can also turn to advertisers who are using Google, MSN and Yahoo.

    There are your advertisers.

Sweeten the deal by offering them more ad space, along with a picture.

why there is no chance for ad sense then no chance for everything?

how much traffic do we need to earn double digit $ on adsense by the way?

Well, it's according to how much you get for each click, how nice your site looks, how nice the ads are and where they are placed.

Let's say, as an example, you get 10 cents. Maybe, MAYBE 1% of a site's visitors click on ads. Sex, free stuff and games get a higher rate, of course, but not by much.

So, do the math. To get, say, $10 a day, two digits, you would need roughly around 100 of your visitors clickng on the ads. 1% of 10,000 is 100.

You need, roughly, 10,000 daily visitors.

Even if the rate is twice that, 20 cents, or you get, say, 2% clicking on ads, you will still need roughly 5,000daily visitors.

This is why so many more experienced webmasters turn elsewhere for ad revenue, like, say, selling space to other webmasters for X amount of dollars via impressions, or at a monthly rate.
