Need help in vbulletin account ownership

    I have bought vbulletin account in exchanging a domain...

    i have the Customer number, password

    but the email registered is another guy email id,, i want to change that email to my email id.... i can able to login to memeber area.

    how to change????

    that person is not replying to my emails... so i have to do something.....

    Please help me friends...

    Did the guy had transfer the vBulletin license to you or is he just gave you his account information?

    Receiving customer number and password from other party do not entitle you the ownership to the license.

    The transfer process should be done via vBulletin support. In your case, that guy can claim back his account whenever he want.

    No other way other than asking him to transfer the license to you.

    Nope. If he claim that his account have been stolen to vBulletin staff, the license can be revert back to him.
