(You can find the translate box at top-right side of the page)

Kindly suggest me how can i do entire coding for it.

the website you just provided has built in language files, but you still can use google translate services in your website

well in this case, you've 2 choices, you can translate your web in different languages and switch between them using php, or you can use jquery.translate plugin, which uses google APIs

and it will be with flags too, if you can not do it pm me, i can do it
