Need help in taking down a website

the website in question is www.wordpresstemplates.name
Its stealing wordpress themes from me and lot of other designers.

So need someone to take care of the DMCA part... don't might paying a bit for your time, but i need that site taken down.

Fire a ddos attack at them It's a little overkill, but it'll take them down in about 30 seconds if they're on a shared hosting account.
