Need help in starting a blog

    someone who knows nothing about webdeveloping, how can he start a blog on his own domain? any idea?

    Go find a hosting service. Buy hosting for however long you want it.

    Go find a place that sells domains (GoDaddy, Namecheap), and buy a domain that suits the blog you will build. Use the nameservers specified by your host to make the domains work on your hosting.

    Go to your CPanel (probably will be CPanel), and use a free setup service like Fantastico to create a Wordpress blog on the domain you bought.

    Now sign in to the Site Admin, and you should be ready to go.
