If you have wordpress blog then use google xml sitemap generator plugin. There are two options automatic update and manual update, choose automatic. Your sitemap will be automatically generated and submitted to google.

I think there is an option in Webmasters to add FEEDS. You can dump your sitemap in here. I know this because Yahoo offers something similar.

Is this a Wordpress blog? If so then there are ready-made plug-ins that are already available

well there are many ways to generate sitemap, if you have a bolg and using wordpress , there is a plugin name as XML sitemap generator, download it and install it, and you can also create sitemap online, like u can visit xml-sitemapsdotcom and generate sitemap and then download it and from google webmaster tools u can then upload it, but first u will add your site to google webmaster tools.

You could automate A1 Sitemap Generator to scan your website daily each night and upload updated sitemap?

This is something that i have planned to develope in future for both linux and windows servers. To auto generate sitemaps as sites grow. But fo the time being what i do is run a xenu scan everyday and manually create a sitemap.
