The (joomla) site should be one where visitors will be able to submitt their homes/real estates and include some images .... (you know the stuff). There are some free joomla real estate add-ons, you can use them. Only after payment people should be able to submit their real estate info. I dont have the time to do it and also dont know really how to do it. There must be a lot of guys here who have the knowedge to do this easily.
