I have a website and it is called Game-Arcade. Now when i start posting it in directories should i post it under the title Game-Arcade or Game Arcade because i heard that if i post it under Game-Arcade it helps me in SEO. Is that true or not?

While posting directories be careful about your title, it should be short and descriptive and relavent to the page contents. using title like Game-Arcade wont helps in SEO, rather than using Game Arcade. Also dont forget to place your prominent keyword starting your headline, i.e. Game Arcade information found here is better than Informations on Game Arcade
Honestly you need to perform keyword research and sort through the datamine for info. A variety of KW's is the goal... but sometimes a kick-start is needed to a start-up.
