I am in urgent requirement to complete an organization site search form with multiple field search like the following.

Please help me in this regard to make it complete.

at least please help me where can i find such script code using php, mysql database.

Search the largest scope of keywords then search in sub scope
You can use sub query to do.

 

tried a lot and failed to found exactly what i want to be.
