hi i am from india registered in ebay.in and i wish to buy a item in ebay.com . The product cost around 30$ inclusive of international shipping. I am ready to pay in paypal for the product. But due to some error i am not able to contact the seller or bid or buy any products in ebay.com as i do in ebay.in. It says some verication needed., i verified my paypal with ebay, even my bank account, still ebay.com shows some error. I have emailed the resolution centre, waiting for reply past 24 hrs.
