You need to ask about IFSC code to your UCO bank branch where you are having your account. BTW have you checked for IFSC Code in your check book leaves ?? DON.

as far as i know u can withdraw the funds to any bank u linked to. but there will be limit for withdrawing funds until your paypal account get verified.
