Need help in making php simple code ..

    I found the way to remote upload from rapidshare to rapidshare ..
    This way will be used a lot by thousands of rapidshare uploaders ..
    The code will do the following :
    1-Check the link server and availability :
    For example :
    http://www.rapidshare.com/files/100000/file.rar
    have server
    http://rs210.rapidshare.com/files/100000/file.rar

    2-Take the premium account user and password
    3-Do few changes to the above link
    For example www.rapidshare.com/files/100000/file.rar will be user:password@file/rapidshare/100000/file.rar
    4-Have option for renaming the file,by replacing words and adding text to the link..
    5-Make short or tiny url of the link ..

    If anybody is good at code writing ..
