Need help in installing a readymade blog.

    I bought a readymade PLR blog. I installed it with the help of installation video. I installed all the files, configured the config.php, imported the sql file.However, the destination URL is staring at me blankly.:(
    Need help in resolving the issue. I will pay $2.
    Anyone care to assist?
