it depends on your Hosting Provider..you should mention that here..so that the people who are using the same hosting company might help..
You will be hosting with godaddy or some other host? If godaddy, then go to domain manager, tick the check box next to the domain and click name servers. Select the option, "host domains here" and click submit. The name servers will point it to the hosting account automatically. If you will be hosting them with some other host, the host will provide you with the name servers. They look like ns1.<some host name>.com and ns2.<some host name>.com. Follow the step as you would do for godaddy, except you will need to select the option "host domains else where" and enter the name servers as provided by your host and click submit.
