    What plugins have you installed?
Have you tried repairing the db?

It says your wp_comments table has crashed. The automatic repair failed so you have to repair it manually. Get to your phpMyAdmin area, under the 'Structure' tab, select check box next to the 'wp_comments' table. Under the list of tables is a drop down box that says: 'With selected:', select 'Repair table' from that drop down list.

    Hope that helps.

You need to go your cpanel to get to phpMyAdmin. Just click on your database in cpanel. You should see a link to database admin from there. Once you're in the database admin area click on the database and then follow the steps from my earlier post.
