There are some really good sites like say this one - Now they are using lots of wordpress plugins but I am not able to understand what exactly are there names - 1. Recent Comments being shown on the left hand column 2. How to tag posts and show tag cloud ? 3. How to show archieve in a drop down box of all months ? 4. How to get newsletter functionality ?
