    Hi there,

I am doing seo for a CMS driven website for the first time in my life and believe me ..it is giving me very tough time.

The url of the website is like abcinsurance.in/abc/abc/abc_d/index.html (sample url). The previous domain for this is abc.com.
Now I am facing some problems for doing SEO for this site and hoping to get some suggestions from the expert people out here:

    1. The site name is on IBM server and i want to redirect it from the old domain to the new one...How to do that?
    2. The main page has a folder structure. I have created a sitemap.xml file and uploaded it in the root directory of the site and submitted it in the Google Webmaster Tools account.
Now my problem is, Google is indexing just couple of pages from the site and not all, how to make them index?
    3. How can I remove the old domain pages from the search engines...I know i can do it from the Webmaster tools...but besides that is there any fast method?
    4. I also want to remove the non www version of the site ..how to do that?

    Thanks,
    mithil
