Hi, Most of the websites have a slider on the front page where in they put nicely designed banner that properly complements the business they do. I have tried my hand in doing such banners but they do not look as good and perfect as the other websites. Can someone guide me as to how to do such banners or point me to some turotials where I can get self-helf for designing slider image and banner.

Trust me this helps! #3 Find some tutorials about colors because it's important to know which colors to use #4 Try to learn color psihologie And then it's only matter of time. is your problem about designing or the effects? If designing just try to research on the fundamentals of designing, colors, layout, etc, it may not only for banner design but research on the Graphic design as well If the slider effects is your problem do some research in jquery plugins. It's not hard as long as you have common sense and basic knowledge in javascript
