need help in customization

    I'm using vbulletin 3.7.1 on my forum.

    Rightnow i've default skin by vbulletin.

    I want to improve layout.

    I liked vbulletin.org layout much.
    Anyone help me or can make my fourm like vbulletin.org or better than this?

    paid/unpaid?
