Need help in CSS

    I have 2 different sections to my site, one is a blog and the other is image upload section, I have problem with css here. I want the design of both sections to look the same.

    If anyone can help me with this to make that css, I will give lifetime of Featured link on my directory.

    design of both section looks the same? what about using the same style for both section.
